How to use this site
This is a simple search engine to find everything and anything that people want
to advertise in any category. There are three areas on this site: 1: User, 2: Advertiser
(publisher) and 3: Administrator.
When ‘REGISTERING’ – all the ‘usual’ details are requested, but to add extra search
areas – we have asked for ‘NICKNAMES’ and LOGOS (graphics are also
able to be uploaded) – so that there are two new ways in which to search ~ one being
a ‘visual one’.
The USER is able to search for free, but is encouraged to register so that they
can have their own web-page – this allows them to bookmark their favourite ‘service’
and ‘calendar event’ appointment. This registration also enables the ‘user’ to ‘tick’
advertisers’ if they use their services. The more a supplier is ‘ticked’ – the higher
up the search results they are. This will indicate successful services. USERS can
then access their data from anywhere in the world.
The ADVERTISER has the opportunity to write details (up to 4000 characters):
eg: eulogy, take-away menu, house details, items in a garage sale etc etc…. along
with up to 5 graphic images; eg. pics, business card, discount voucher etc. Payment
for adverts is by credit card via a secure payment gateway to the Westpac bank.
They also have access to the statistics of their advert and can see how many people
‘viewed’ and ‘bookmarked’ their advert. When ‘registering’
the Advertiser has a section that can be ‘ticked’ if they are open to negotiation
for payment of their service.
For those that don’t have access to a computer and/or scanner (for uploading of
pics) the fee is a flat $50 for us to produce the initial work, and $10.00 for the
month’s placement. ($60 for one MONTH is still cheaper than a 3cm x 4 cm
advert in the local paper for ONE WEEK – and includes the PHOTOS or other
graphics – unlike the papers!)
The ADMINISTRATOR – once approved by the company, administrators log on and
are responsible to make sure that each and every advertisement is ‘clean’ prior
to approval and earns 5% (50 cents) for each successful advert.
What’s ‘on’ the site”
There are dozens of classifications on this site for actual ‘advertising’ eg: hobbies,
services, births, deaths, marriages, jobs, businesses, music, art, accommodation,
food, vehicles, etc ~ plus other areas of interest including:
Nightlife ~ pics from nightclubs, parties, events etc etc - we are open to
offers from potential photographers/journalists for free placement of pics from
‘your’ area. (Contact us for details).
Free/Fun stuff ~ instead of throwing away off-cuts of materials (eg: leather,
wood, tiles, household goods etc) advertise them on the site and have people come
and pick up from you what you would have normally just thrown away – try to ‘recycle’
more than just the rubbish!
Also hoping to have crosswords, suduko puzzles etc to download each week.
Calendar ~ An area for all clubs, schools, groups– to place their meetings,
events, activities, gigs etc – so that they can be ‘bookmarked’ to the people in
their community who have registered on the site.
AND – if it’s NOT on the site ~ you are invited to ask/advertise for the service
you require as all suggestions are welcome. Our aim is to be THE site you log into
~ to ‘connect people’ to the things you want rather than spend an eternity ‘surfing’!

$1.00 from EVERY advert is being earmarked for Charity in the Community.
The ‘Clover Connect Foundation’ will be able to be contacted so that funds can be
channeled directly to ‘registered charities’, ‘good causes’, ‘scholarships’ etc
etc etc…….
