1: Postcode owner:
An Investment opportunity is offered for those seeking to obtain an income stream.
Purchase an area (postcode) and for every advert that is generated by a person from
their ‘’postcode’ the owner will receive 10% ($1.00).
Example: 1000 adverts per week for one year = $52,000 in commission.
Contact us to get a quote on your ‘postcode’. (calculated on the 2006 Census x 10%
= $value.) We will negotiate this in the ‘start-up’ period of this site (first six
months). To retain your ‘area’ a fee of 10% of the previous year’s income for that
area is payable on the anniversary of your ownership, and this amount is able to
be paid for 3 years in advance on current value(a ‘future’ discount).
All you are required to do is to promote the site. ie. ”spread the word” ~ ‘connect’
the community! Company brochures will be available* for owners to deliver in their

2: Administrator: If you’re interested in becoming an ‘administrator’ of
the site – please contact us. We pride ourselves in offering a safe, totally family
acceptable site that is administered by members of the community. An administrator
is totally responsible** for the adverts that are approved by them and will receive
5% of the advert each time an advert is successfully completed. (**an agreement
will be necessary)
3: Postcode ‘sales’ Should you wish to join our team and take on the challenge
of promoting the site in a ‘professional’ way – we are looking for salespeople to
sell postcode areas – and in return an initial 10% bonus from the total purchase
cost of the area, and a 5% (50c) commission will be received from every advert generated/paid
in that area for the first year of ownership (paid monthly).
We welcome feedback and suggestions on what you would like on the site. Plans are
already on the drawing board for the ‘next version’ – with chat, forums etc.
